the location is really convenient. staff members are helpful and friendly. i enjoyed the comfortable bed and clean room. it included some extra features i did not see in other hotels i stayed at during this trip.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. i found the indoor pool a great way to relax after my flights. the breakfast offered tons of choices and fueled me for the day. i really appreciated being first on the airport shuttle route.
I found the tv had only hotel channels. I would have liked more options.

prompt service clean room effective soundproofing modern machines
the staff provided prompt service at check-in and were always available. i found my superior room to be particularly clean and well-appointed. the soundproofing was effective, blocking out airport noise ensuring a quiet night. the on-site gym included several modern machines which suited my workout routine well.
I noticed the breakfast buffet area can get quite crowded during peak hours. Made finding a free table a bit of a challenge.

dirty sink service charge
The sink in my room was dirty, and despite reporting it twice and even sending pictures, it never got cleaned (I suspect it was blocked too). Plus, I tried to grab a bite in the bar, but after waiting for 20 minutes without anyone noticing me, I had to move to the restaurant. To add insult to injury, they added a service charge to my bill without even mentioning it to me.

The check-in service was impressively quick. i found the room very peaceful. it was clean and offered ample space with good natural light. the shower provided excellent water pressure. That was certainly a plus.
parking presented a challenge as spaces were limited and often full, requiring some to park on double yellow lines.
